Bisco Health 60 Day Return Policy

NEW – We are happy to offer our customers a 60 day return window. Please note that in order to qualify for a return, the following conditions have to be met.

• Customers must contact us to obtain a return Authorization prior to shipping the item back. (Call us at  866-510-0785 between 9:30AM and 5:00PM Eastern Standard time or via email returns@biscohealth.com)
• All Items must come back in its original packaging , and in good and unused condition.
• Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Some products require a 15% restocking fee for returns. These include:

• Patient Lifts
• Hospital beds
• Wheelchairs
• Walkers
• Other Items noted on the product listing page

Please note that due to hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless unopened:

• Face Masks
• Thermometers
• Wipes 

We ask that you inspect all items upon delivery and report to us any damages within 24-48 hours of delivery in order to avoid replacement issues and delays.
